Take a journey through my career with me! Over the past five years, I have gotten a multitude of experience with several jobs and companies. I am so proud and grateful for each opportunity and credit each one with my success.
I am currently participating in the Merchandise Operations Leadership Internship at the Universal Studios Store at Citywalk! Through this experience, I have gotten the ability to learn about and shadow all aspects of the department. I have already trained as an Associate, Stocker, and completed Supervisor Cash Handling proccesses, and will continue to grow throughout the summer. As I go through Global Exposure, I will experience other stores' operations and spend time with all supporting departments, such as Loss Prevention, Merchandise Services, and Area Merchandising. To conclude the experience, I will be given the opportunity to help run the store as a Supervisor.
In my previous role, I was an Attractions Attendant at Yoshi's Adventure and Interactives. This had been my most challenging but most rewarding position yet as every day brought something new and exciting. In this job, safety is the emphasis, with amazing guest service also holding high value. Getting to be both a ride operator at Yoshi's and a game curator at Super Nintendo World Interactives was truly wonderful because I had two home venues and many more responsibilities I got to learn and execute. And as a bonus, I got to assist at other venues as needed, my favorite being Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment!
During the summer of 2025, I completed an internship as a Front Desk Agent with Marriott/Schulte Hospitality. During this role, I learned the FOSSE reservation management system, while helping guests with check in, check out, and making/canceling reservations. I also got to shadow tasks in housekeeping, sales, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
Last year, I worked with Aramark at Chickfila as a Food Service Worker, both front-of-house and back-of-house trained. I got lots of experience with preparing and serving food, following safety and sanitation standards. I also continued to practice cash handling and guest service.
Throughout high school and college, I have been a babysitter and tutor in English and Math. The students I have worked with have shown incredible improvements in school, which makes me so proud.
One of my most favorite things I have ever done was when I was a 2nd Grade and PreK/Kindergarten Sunday School Teacher. I got to curate lesson plans, activities, and share my passion and knowledge with the incredible students.
During my high school summers, I was a Summer Camp Counselor and Area Coordinator with Camp Shalom. I really enjoyed working with the campers and ensuring their safety and enjoyment during camp.
Going way back, I got my first job at Publix when I was 14 years old as a Front Store Clerk and Cashier. I learned valuable skills such as cash handling and guest service.
